In order to ensure the steady improvement of the quality of fresh milk and promote the transformation and upgrading of the dairy industry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has vigorously promoted the construction of high-quality milk source bases in recent years, with the goal of "planting good grass, raising good cattle, and producing good milk", through various channels Improve the quality of milk sources: one is the combination of planting and breeding. It is understood that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has implemented the national fresh milk quality and safety monitoring plan since 2009, and has sampled 200000 batches of fresh milk samples. In 2017, more than 40 quality inspection agencies across the country were organized to sample 23000 batches of fresh milk samples by means of special monitoring, flight sampling, off-site sampling and risk investigation. In terms of regulatory monitoring information systems, 100 per cent coverage of fresh milk acquisition stations and transport vehicles has been achieved.
